NEXOVE Co-Build Program

Build something that matters. Together.

NEXOVE brings domains, product architecture, and engineering. You bring expertise, operations, and ambition. Together we aim at independently operated ventures — not domain sales.

Structures

Partnership models.

Every venture is different. We do not publish fixed equity percentages.

  1. Equity partnership

Joint venture ownership negotiated per deal.

  2. Revenue share

    Compensation tied to venture revenue.

  3. Paid build + partnership

Development fee plus smaller equity where agreed.

  4. Operating partner

You operate; NEXOVE builds and maintains technology.

  5. Investment + co-build

Capital plus technology plus equity when all parties agree.

Principles

How we protect both sides.

SIGNED AGREEMENT before assets move DOMAIN IP

  • Domain ownership

Domains remain with NEXOVE until a signed venture agreement specifies assignment or licensing. Applying does not transfer a domain.

  • Separate economics

Each partnership defines its own equity, revenue share, development fees, IP ownership, operating expenses, and exit provisions.

  • No default cap table

We do not advertise fixed splits on this site. Serious partners receive terms through direct negotiation.

  • Independent ventures

Goal: jointly built businesses that can operate independently — not a domain marketplace.

Opportunities

Sixteen seeds. Exploring.

Each card is a potential venture — initial direction only, not a product launch or domain listing.

FAQ

Are these domains for sale?

No. NEXOVE is not listing domains for sale. The Co-Build Program invites partners to build independent ventures together. Domains stay with NEXOVE until a signed venture agreement defines assignment or licensing.

Does applying give me ownership of a domain or equity?

No. An application starts a conversation. Ownership, equity, revenue share, and IP are negotiated individually and only take effect under a signed agreement.

Is an Investor the same as a co-founder?

No. Investors are evaluated on a separate path for capital interest. That does not automatically include an operating role or co-founder status.

How is this different from Build With NEXOVE on Labs?

NEXOVE Labs takes client project briefs — you bring the problem and Labs engineers the system. Co-Build starts from venture seeds NEXOVE already holds and aims at jointly built, independently operated businesses.

What does Exploring mean on a venture card?

We are exploring direction and partnership fit. Card copy is initial exploration, not a final product launch or commitment.
